REFUND POLICY
Fair support for digital purchases.
Digital files are delivered immediately, so refund handling depends on whether the original file has been downloaded.

If you purchased the wrong clip and have not downloaded the original file, contact us promptly. Eligible requests will be reviewed using the payment record.
After download
Downloaded digital content is generally non-refundable, except where the file is defective, materially different from its description or a refund is required by applicable law.
Technical problems
If a file is corrupt or cannot be downloaded, contact us with the clip name and account email. We will first provide a working replacement and review a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Subscriptions
Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally refund a billing period already started. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
