These terms govern browsing, accounts, purchases, subscriptions and use of MOVIQO footage.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your password secure and all activity under your account. Accounts and downloads may not be shared.

Content and ownership

MOVIQO footage and branding remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. A purchase grants a limited license; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the source file.

Payments and availability

Prices are displayed before checkout. Payment features will only become available after the secure payment provider is activated. We may update prices, plans and library availability for future purchases without changing existing valid licenses.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass download controls, scrape protected files, interfere with the service or use content outside the license. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud or unauthorized distribution.

Service and liability

We aim to keep the service available and files accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected item or subscription period.

Governing rules

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
